this was done only 2:00 after #2 but the sun had to burn through some thicker cirrus clouds for a moment but still was shining...10:00 to go til sunset...
now we're getting into the light i really like 8)

Amazing how different the light is here - from the rich hues of the previous image to these soft, almost peachy tones. Its fascinating to see the change as sunset approaches! The shell appears to have taken on an almost 3D effect here - like I could reach out and touch the tip which seems to be bursting from the screen!

Another classic 'fish photo.This has a magical look to it. I love the lighting even more. I also agree with Carol's comment about the tip

Really a magical light. I agree with Carol about the 3D look, the plasticity is almost tangible.
